Refund policy

• If the client, for personal reasons, wants to cancel the reservation we have the following options:
         a) cancellations up to 45 days before the start of the Tour: the amount of the reservation is fully paid as a balance for a future reservation.
         b) cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the Tour: 50% of the reservation amount is the balance for a future reservation and 50% is non refundable.
         c) cancellations after 15 days before the start of the Tour: the value of the reserve is non refundable.
