Our purpose is to provide life experiences that will stay with you forever, memories you will cherish and, hopefully, give you the desire to return time and time again.
We are passionate about what we do, which is the number one reason we have so much fun and make so many friends on our travels! The love for bikes, wine and the quirky turns of history found all around a 900 year old country, make our tours a totally different experience from the rest.
If you are curious about Portugal, like a good ride with amazing scenery and enjoy great gastronomy with the backdrop of ancient history, these are the tours for you!
HOW OUR TOURS WORK!
Bring your own motorcycle or rent one with us from our partner;
We travel up to the Picos of Europa and are happy to meet up and guide you down to the planned tour of Portugal;
Our touring season is mainly from September to May, taking advantage of the mild Winters in the South and the gorgeous Spring time all around the Country. Other times are possible upon request.
We aim to have a maximum of 5 motorcycles per tour and there is no minimum number of participants;
The rhythm is perfect to soak in the atmosphere and scenery while having fun on the bike;
Mainly staying in Wine Estates where we arrive mid afternoon, in time for a dip in the pool and a wine tasting experience.
Some tours focus more on castles and palaces, some on pure raw nature, some are dedicated to mountains, others to the ocean, all visit interesting secret spots, away from mass tourism and full of quirky surprises we love to share with you!

Turtle Moto Tours was born out of the dream that MissTurtle has had since being Triumph RAT Pack Leader in London.
With huge passion for motorcycles and travel all in one, Sofia has been putting the fun factor into motorcycle touring in a group for a while and wants nothing more than to share those feelings with you!
The Hare
Pedro used to spend all his free time driving on the Nurburgring in Germany, but over the last few years has found his form of freedom on top of a touring motorcycle heading to his preferred destinations: Southern Portugal and Morocco.
Looking forward to to sit at the dinner table with you talking motorcycles into the night, he will be smiling inside if you mention any interest in taking an unscheduled detour off into a nice dirt road.
Where the land begins
If Europe were a ship, then Portugal would be its bow. it leans outwards of Continental Europe, facing the Atlantic Ocean, forever on the edge. Portugal is a land that has always dreamt of leaping into the great blue unknown. By the end of the 16th century, Portuguese conquerors had set foot on each continent and sailed the seven seas. Lisbon is it's quaint and melancholic capital grieving over the long-lost greatness of the empire which brought the whole world at its feet. Even greater beauty awaits the traveler along the coast, from the southernmost region of Algarve to the colder and wilder North. If you have watched adventure movies growing up, and dreamt of becoming a long-distance captain or a pirate, if you have longed for faraway shores and unknown islands, lost somewhere in the blank patches of worn-out maps, then the coast of Portugal is what you are looking for!
